These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Turbulance LLC, doing business as KJ AI Automation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Services

KJ AI Automation provides AI-powered automation services, including but not limited to:

  • AI voice assistants (inbound and outbound)

  • Call handling and routing

  • SMS and messaging automation

  • Appointment booking

  • Business workflow automation

  • AI-based customer interactions

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Revenue, profits, or business growth

  • Lead conversion or customer outcomes

  • Accuracy or completeness of AI responses

  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation

Artificial intelligence systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended outputs.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws

  • Obtain all required consents for call recording and AI use

  • Use the Services lawfully and ethically

  • Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to reverse engineer any system

  • Assume full responsibility for AI interactions conducted on your behalf

4. Payments & Fees

  • Fees are agreed upon prior to service delivery

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

  • Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services

5. Intellectual Property

All software, prompts, workflows, systems, designs, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Turbulance LLC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turbulance LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your failure to obtain legal consent

  • AI-generated communications

  • Violation of laws or third-party rights

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
